Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for unused, unwashed items with tags still attached within 15 days of the original purchase date for products purchased from Carter’s Oshkosh B’gosh.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip.
  • Items purchased with up to a 50% discount are eligible for exchange.

Online Orders:
To initiate an exchange for online orders, contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at 01-874 721.

In-Store Purchases:
Items purchased online or in-store can be exchanged at any of our branches, except ABC stores.

Important Notes:

  • Underwear cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Clearance items (under "Special Prices") cannot be exchanged {more than a 50% discount}.
  • No cancellations are allowed after placing and confirming orders.
  • No refunds are provided.
  • Exchanges are based on the current value of the item on the exchange date, not the purchase date.
