Exchange Policy 

We offer exchanges for unused, unwashed, and with the tag still on purchased from Carter’s Oshkosh B’gosh within 15 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must have a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip.

Baby clothing, accessories, and related products may be exchanged if they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items purchased online or at store can be exchange at any of our branches.

Items bought on clearance (under the section of Discounted Items) may not be exchanged.

NO CANCELLATION AFTER PLACING AND CONFIRMING ORDERS.
